Role Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of your partnership by delivering top-tier recruitment solutions. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, managing a portfolio of roles while consistently exceeding agreed hiring SLAs and performance targets.

  • Lead recruitment from start to finish, supported by the Centre of Excellence when needed.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to find and engage exceptional candidates.
  • Oversee interviews and offers, mitigating risks to ensure smooth and successful hiring.
  • Consistently hit or surpass SLAs and KPIs through focused, results-driven work.
  • Ensure top-tier service by identifying and sourcing the best candidates via multiple channels.
  • Use research and market insights to keep hiring practices cutting-edge.
  • Lead recruitment processes confidently while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Balance a high volume of roles by planning and prioritizing effectively.
  • Deliver an outstanding experience to hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Provide valuable market and talent data to inform hiring decisions.
  • Suggest forward-thinking enhancements to elevate your client’s Talent Acquisition strategy, supporting key improvement initiatives.
