Role Description

This role is fixed term for 12 months, focusing on the project roadmap supporting the Talent Acquisition function.

  • Act as Workday Recruitment and Talent SME with full autonomy for global alignment, solution design, delivery, and maintenance
  • Act as a champion for customers and connect with customers and team members effectively

Qualifications

  • A background of Workday HCM design, configuration, and reporting
  • Key experience with Workday Recruiting
  • Recognised as a technical expert, driving the strategy and roadmap
  • Demonstrable experience of managing and prioritising intricate business requirements within a project
