Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience
- PGDM/MBA in HR
- Strong attention to detail & follow-ups
- Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy and a fast learner
- Excellent written & verbal communication skill
- Familiarity with Gmail, G-Suite, and Excel
Requirements
- Responsible for maintaining TA Dashboards and helping in analytics
- Responsible for conceptualising, drafting & updating various Playbooks related to TA & People Capabilities
- Apply a hacker mindset to a variety of sourcing and research channels to strengthen the sourcing pipeline
- Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way
- Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including managing candidates, scheduling phone interviews, and full loops
- Establish strong working relationships with agencies, hiring managers, recruiting teams, and candidates
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and look for most effective solutions
- Work on special pre-vetted & ad-hoc projects
