[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Consultant @UT Health East Texas

Role Description

Join our team as a contract remote Talent Acquisition Consultant and help shape the future of healthcare talent from anywhere.

The Contract Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for:

• Designing and executing creative recruiting strategies to engage top talent through multiple channels (social and professional networks, targeted vertical-specific communities, etc.).
• Managing candidates from outreach to offer while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Serving as a subject matter expert and partner to business leaders and hiring managers across their respective client group.
• Developing lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, meeting and exceeding goals set for the role.
• Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, including strategic sourcing, interviewing, and offer processes.
• Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers to align on candidate profile, interview process, and SLAs.
• Utilizing Recruiting Coordinators for pre-screening, scheduling, and interview debriefs as appropriate.
• Participating in interviews and leading debriefs to support hiring managers in selecting qualified candidates.
• Managing the candidate experience from interview follow-up through to post-hire engagement.
• Preparing and negotiating offers, managing final acceptance with candidates.
• Managing requisitions in ATS, including candidate dispositioning, silver medalist tracking, and closing roles.
• Developing and implementing recruiting plans that leverage Ardent’s brand to engage candidates.
• Partnering with stakeholders to align hiring needs with organizational culture and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One (1) or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• One (1) or more years of experience working in an internal applicant tracking system (ATS) - iCIMS a plus

Requirements

• Preferred Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• One (1) or more years of Recruiting Coordinator experience
• One (1) or more years of experience developing and executing comprehensive strategic sourcing and recruitment plans
• Previous healthcare recruiting experience
