Role Description

Do you have an understanding of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and know how to utilize data, metrics, and social media to develop strategies for successful recruitment campaigns to locate and attract talent across North America? Then this role as Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist position is the perfect fit for you!

With operations across North America, our Calgary based client is looking to hire a right hand for the Talent Acquisition Manager to work closely with hiring leaders across the organization to align sourcing activities with (future) workforce plans.

As part of the People & Culture Team, you will:

• Develop and execute recruitment sourcing and branding strategies
• Attract, engage, and nurture potential talent pipelines
• Focus on achieving quality, cost effectiveness, and timely filling of positions

Qualifications

• Familiar with high volume corporate recruitment
• At least 2 years of experience in developing and executing recruitment sourcing strategies through social media platforms
• Familiar with utilizing and analyzing data and metrics
• Able to clearly communicate with different levels both inside and outside of the organization
• Experience with DE&I initiatives is considered an asset
