Role Description
This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and networking
- Partner with hiring managers and regional teams to understand staffing needs and create customized recruitment plans
- Foster relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless hiring process
- Leverage technology and CRM tools to track, organize, and manage candidate information
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide strategic recruitment insights
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on skilled trades or similar industries
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment and managing diverse hiring demands across multiple locations
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, with a detail-oriented approach to candidate management
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment
