Role Description

The Senior Talent Management Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating enterprise-wide performance management programs and initiatives.

In this role reporting to the Director, Talent Management & Learning, you will:

• Interact with People Partners and business leaders to identify needs.
• Support and advise on scalable solutions.
• Develop all levels of talent to expand DN employee and manager capabilities in support of strategic priorities and business goals.
• Empower employees to continuously perform and develop through a variety of methods and modalities.
• Coach, curate content, facilitate, and build upon existing frameworks, tools, and resources that support organizational success.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in performance management systems.
