Role Description

This position is 100% remote and an excellent fit for proven talent acquisition professionals who want to move into a consultative solutions company.

• This is a full life-cycle recruitment position that requires strategic thinking, business and strategic acumen, and executive presence.
• The primary focus of this role is to:
• Source and interview talent
• Ensure a full candidate pipeline
• Successfully place top talent
• Implement and optimize the recruiting process and technology
• Ensure an amazing candidate experience
• Since this role is client-facing, candidates must have a basic understanding and an interest in account management and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• In-house or agency experience
• Experience conducting full life-cycle recruitment
• Expert user of LinkedIn recruiter and strong outbound sourcing experience
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, maintaining clean data and reporting
• Ideally, customer-facing experience
• Sales and/or account management is nice to have

• Proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and can manage multiple projects at the same time
• Passionate about recruitment and working with people
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build trusted relationships
