Role Description

The Sr. Manager, Total Rewards provides functional support by overseeing the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.

• Ensures that total rewards offerings, including salary structures, bonuses, benefits, and recognition programs, are competitive, aligned with company goals, and compliant with legal regulations.
• Collaborates closely with HR and leadership teams to attract, retain, and motivate employees while optimizing the company's investment in human capital.
• Monitors market trends, performs benchmarking, and adjusts reward strategies to maintain employee satisfaction and drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits, compensation, and total rewards management in a global company.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing total rewards strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex reward concepts to stakeholders and employees.
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple compensation and benefits initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and compliant rewards administration.
• Experience in vendor management and negotiation for benefits and compensation-related services.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree, or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS tools such as Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to perform market benchmarking, data analysis, and financial modeling.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
