Role Description

As a HR Business Partner, your role will involve supporting our business in a transformation, adaptation, and further growth. You will work as a partner and advisor to our leaders and teams within assigned business functions in the organization across our offices in Ukraine, Cyprus, Poland, the UK, and emerging offices.

You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and implementing effective HR programs to support the organization's overall growth and success. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for running and internalizing the strategic people and talent initiatives for your assigned functions, including:

  • Performance management
  • Compensation management
  • Development planning
  • Career Development
  • Learning and Development
  • Engagement survey and action planning
  • Cultural projects
  • Change management activities

Key responsibilities:

  • Design Organizational Structure: coordinate design and implementation of organization structure within the assigned functions to enable realization of the functional and broader business strategy.
  • HR Strategy: craft pragmatic people roadmaps for the assigned teams based on their key business goals and priorities.
  • Employee Engagement: Set up and drive the Engagement Agenda for the assigned functions.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • HRBP excellence projects: lead the design of the assigned internal HRBP excellence projects to contribute towards the strategic role/vision of HRBP.
  • Change management: Partner with assigned business leaders to manage functional org change initiatives and develop change management plans to support smooth transitions in alignment with the company-wide change management process.
  • Operate/lead the Employee life cycle and collaborate with TA, HROps, and CoEs to improve the journey.
  • Facilitate performance review and check-in processes.
  • Facilitate compensation reviews.
  • Facilitate the talent review process and coach managers in performance reviews.
  • Support management in team development projects and organization processes.
  • Ensure the identification of the development needs of employees and define career/development plans with the related managers.
  • Provide expert knowledge to the management regarding people engagement issues, employee lifecycle, and change projects.
  • Be on top of the industry best practices and trends in HR and proactively recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.

Qualifications

  • +4 years HRBP Experience.
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian languages.
  • Proven track record of experience as an HRBP or related experience in domains like C&B, Talent Development, or HROps.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align talent strategy & interventions with overall business strategy.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing assigned people initiatives globally.
  • In-depth practical knowledge of core HR processes, including Talent development, C&B, and L&D.
  • Change Management: Ability to effectively manage and lead change initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong data acumen and ability to provide meaningful reports and insights.
  • Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Development: Knowledge of principles and practices to support growth and evolution.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of the organization's industry and business environment.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong skills for planning and executing HRBP initiatives.
  • Culture: Experience in partnering and working with cross-cultural teams.
