[Hiring] Recruiting Sourcer @Forrester

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer to predominantly support our US recruitment team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage top-tier passive sales talent for locations within North America.

Working closely with our recruiters, you will manage the initial stage of the hiring process, helping to accelerate time to fill while maintaining a strong emphasis on candidate quality. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to act quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be remote, and the working hours will be Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 23:30 (IST).

• Support the full recruitment cycle in partnership with the talent acquisition recruiters.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of roles and functions to identify talent.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies that align with dynamic and evolving business priorities.
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday to engage talent.
• Proactively build and nurture relationships with prospects in support of current and future hiring needs across the sales organization.
• Act as first point of contact for candidates, delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Simultaneously manage multiple searches and support multiple talent acquisition recruiters and support the global team as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Intellectual curiosity around technology, business, and talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion around sensitive information.
• A bias toward action and innovation.
