Role Description
This Recruiter would work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to continue to grow our team. We are looking for someone who has 4-5 years of experience in candidate sourcing, candidate screening, and hiring, all with the priority of providing the best candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Primarily focused on roles across our Go To Market teams, which include sales, marketing, account management, and customer success departments.
- These teams have a presence in North America, APAC, LATAM, and EMEA.
- Experience recruiting for technical ability is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and filtering through candidates
- Organizing interviews and debriefs
- Working with Hiring Managers to understand criteria for roles
- Reviewing and assessing technical capabilities of candidates
- Building pipeline for future roles and anticipating upcoming hiring plans
- Assessing applicant ability to succeed in our environment
- Designing, implementing, or altering processes to improve hiring funnel
Requirements
- Proactive and flexible attitude
- Flexible working hours that align to the needs of the candidate and process
- Strong retention rates for roles filled
- Experience hiring for roles such as: Account Executives, Account Manager, Solution Engineers, Solutions Architects, Product Marketers, Marketing Managers, Customer Success Managers & other roles across go to market functions in the SaaS space
- Proven success and strong relationships formed with past hiring managers & candidates
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiter
- Comfortability with ATS
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and possess attention to detail
- Comfortability managing candidates and hiring managers in different time zones
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability & ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
