Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for a range of roles across the business. You will identify great candidates, run efficient processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and job profiles.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
• Screen, interview, and present shortlists to hiring teams.
• Manage the offer process and negotiate effectively.
• Maintain ATS records and report on hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics and reporting.
