Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across software engineering roles. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance and business needs.

• Own sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
• Execution-focused role where speed and quality of candidates matter.
• Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Screen candidates and assess technical and communication fit.
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage the ATS and keep all candidate data accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate all hiring stages including interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Maintain strong pipeline coverage for each open role.
• Track and improve key hiring metrics.
• Suggest improvements to sourcing and hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in technical and non-technical recruiting.
• Proven experience hiring software engineers.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Ability to evaluate candidates beyond CVs.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• B2 to C1 level, strong written and spoken communication in English.

Requirements

• Experience in startup or agency environments (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with tools like Workable, Greenhouse, or similar ATS (Nice to Have).
