Role Description

The Recruiter will be the driving force behind the development and execution of all talent acquisition processes.

• Attract, identify, and screen for a variety of positions depending on staffing needs.
• Utilize online job boards, technical school contacts, and other methods to increase candidate pipeline for all positions.
• Serve as the point-of-contact for all staffing-related matters, ensuring timely follow-up with all department heads.
• Support recruitment initiatives and programs that align with the CarShop goals and values.
• Assist the CarShop Human Resources department on key initiatives and projects.
• Ensure that new hires are on-boarded in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources/Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Positive, professional and approachable attitude with ability to get along with others.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
• Expert multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize accordingly.
• Organized and goal-oriented professional with strong analytical skills.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking skills, maintaining confidentiality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to prepare presentations and general correspondence.

Requirements

• Must be proficient dealing with fast-paced, rapidly changing and often ambiguous environments; have a commitment to details.
• Demonstrated ability to keep confidential information private.
• Previous experience using an ATS is preferred.
• Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management and associates.
• Must be able to travel to multiple locations based on the needs of the business.
