[Hiring] Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist @RTX

Role Description

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will lead high-volume recruitment efforts by developing and executing targeted strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle ensuring timely and efficient hiring while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

• Be accountable for full life cycle recruiting, ensuring that all steps in the Talent Acquisition process are compliant with Raytheon and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) regulations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through a variety of channels.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Labor Relations, HR, and Total Rewards to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Ensure clear communication and follow-through to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and processes.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with full life cycle recruitment in a Department of Defense (DOD) environment.
• Experience with the Workday Recruiting platform.
• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for high-volume roles, consistently managing 100+ hires annually, including positions within unionized and bargaining unit environments.
• Experience recruiting for engineering talent with security clearances.
• Demonstrated relationship building, client management and influencing skills.
• Passion for the candidate experience and representing the RTX brand throughout the talent lifecycle.
• Understanding of employment law principles and DOD compliance regulations.
