Role Description
This role involves driving the people strategies for our CuraCorp Group business unit. The Principal Human Resources Business Partner will:
- Serve as a trusted partner to leaders within CuraCorp Group, consulting and coaching around human capital strategies tailored to the unique needs of the business.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives using scenario planning, analytics, and market-leading practices to optimize workforce deployment.
- Develop and execute organizational development plans that align with and support the business unit’s evolution and growth.
- Provide strategic consultation on leadership development, change management, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in related field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years in Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent strategies, organizational design, and leadership coaching.
- Proven expertise in organizational and talent development within a matrixed environment.
- Skilled in using data-driven insights to present, influence, and drive people strategies.
- HR Professional with a successful track record in a role of similar scale and complexity in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusting, credible relationships with all levels in the organization.
- Experience with Workday HRIS is preferred.
- Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem-solving.

Salary Range
Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that typically ranges from $91,100.00 to $164,000.00, reflecting market-price and compensation decisions driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
