[Hiring] People & Operations Partner @WLG

Role Description

We are looking for a People & Operations Partner to ensure our team runs smoothly inside as we deliver outside. This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to grow).

• Scaling the team: Find, interview, and hire the right recruiters and sourcers into our team.
• Contracts & onboarding/offboarding: Own contracts, onboarding flows, and exit processes.
• Regular check-ins & performance support: Run check-ins with new hires (after 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month). Hold 1:1s for feedback, growth, and engagement.
• Performance & KPIs: Develop fair, clear KPIs for recruiters and sourcers. Track results and prepare simple reports/presentations.
• Structuring and documenting processes: Formalize what already works, rebuild what doesn’t, and create clear, practical playbooks (onboarding, performance, operations) from scratch where needed.
• Brand & recognition: Research and apply for industry awards (e.g., “Top Recruitment Firms,” “Best IT Contracting Company”).

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in HR/People Ops (generalist, talent partner role).
• Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced, client-centric business.
• Hands-on experience hiring recruiters, sourcers, or other high-performance roles.
• Proven ability to design or refine KPIs and compensation structures.
• Experience building processes from scratch or near zero.
• Background in IT recruitment or a solid understanding of the European tech market.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
