Role Description

This role involves being a People Business Partner with expertise in the EMEA region, focusing on aligning global HR strategies with local needs.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with regional EMEA leadership team.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop talent pipelines.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Design and implement organizational structures that optimize efficiency and compliance.
  • Assess organizational capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics to inform HR strategies.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through performance management systems.
  • Support organizational change initiatives with effective change management plans.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrated experience assessing risk relative to the business.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA labor laws and cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
