Role Description

The Sr. People Specialist, People Analytics & AI will be at the center of transforming how AI and advanced analytics redefine the impact of the People function at WelbeHealth.

Essential Job Duties:

• People Analytics Leadership & IT Partnership:
  • Own the People Analytics roadmap and delivery, expanding beyond foundational reporting to introduce predictive, automated, and strategic insights.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between People and IT’s analytics team, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and timely execution of work.
  • Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics that support leadership decisions on hiring, retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• AI Strategy & Enablement:
  • Lead execution of the People AI strategy, defining what “AI for People” means for Welbe.
  • Manage discovery and implementation of AI tools and frameworks to support talent, team member experience, and organizational decision-making.
  • Guide ethical and responsible AI integration across People initiatives.
  • Translate strategic AI priorities from leadership conversations into practical, scalable solutions within the People organization.
• Digital Mindset & Future Focused Leadership:
  • Champion a digital-first mindset across the People team.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for digitization and automation within HR processes.
  • Influence senior leaders on how data and AI can evolve our people team strategies.
  • Mentor and build analytics literacy across the People function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, HR, Business Analytics, Psychology, Computer Science, etc.).
• Minimum of six or more (6+) years of experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two (2+) years in a leadership or project management capacity.
• Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with technical teams, particularly IT.
• Strong analytics and storytelling capabilities.
• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation Offering

$90,281 — $119,171 USD
