Role Description

As a member of the Payroll and Benefits team, you will manage complex payroll and benefits processes while acting as a trusted partner for employees and colleagues, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for all.

• Ensure Smooth Payroll & Benefits Operations: Handle payroll instructions and benefits with accuracy and attention to detail with focus on HRIS, covering both recurring monthly & ad-hoc activities.
• Support HR Daily Operations: Support the HR team on day-to-day operational topics, helping coordinate actions and ensuring smooth handling of payroll and benefits-related requests.
• Manage Key HR Processes: Contribute to monthly and yearly HR cycles, including controls, reporting, audit preparation, and system updates, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Drive Process Quality and Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities, strengthen documentation, and support projects that enhance workflows, HRIS and data quality.
• Be a Trusted Point of Contact for Employees: Provide timely, clear support on payroll and benefits questions, ensuring confidentiality and a high-quality employee experience.
