Role Description

Your career as a P&C Advisor at Booksy will give you the opportunity to act as a trusted HR partner and expert guide for our French team, shaping a compliant, driving a high-performance culture. Working closely with the Head of Partnering, you’ll lead the way in navigating French labour law, managing employee relations, and coaching managers to build exceptional teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Fluency: Professional-level mastery of both French and English is essential for navigating complex legalities and collaborating globally.
• French Labour Law Expertise: A solid, practical understanding of French employment legislation and its application in day-to-day HR advisory.
• Employee Relations Experience: A proven track record of managing ER cases end-to-end, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• CSE Engagement: Familiarity with preparing for and participating in Social and Economic Committee meetings.
• Pragmatic Problem-Solving: The ability to provide commercially sound advice in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with managers and employees across different cultures.
