[Hiring] Online Recruitment Team Manager @Louisiana State University

Role Description

The Online Recruitment Team Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Enrollment Coach Team. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Online Student Recruitment and works closely with recruitment and retention team leadership, marketing managers, Salesforce administrators, and LSU departments and staff. The position must be able to establish goals, manage team metrics and expectations through Salesforce reports and dashboards, and is accountable for ensuring individual team performance is being met term over term.

• Manage a team of Enrollment Coaches. In coordination with the Assistant Director, will set performance goals, benchmarks, and expectations for the team. Manager will ensure high team performance, provides support and resources to help meet enrollment goals, and works to resolve issues or concerns that may arise within the team. Utilizes technology to track team metrics and goals to report back to the Assistant Director. (60%)
• Conduct team meetings, identify process bottlenecks to improve procedures and workflows, act as a liaison between the recruitment team and various areas of Online and Continuing Education to maintain appropriate procedures and to ensure the team receives up-to-date information. (15%)
• Responsible for providing training in processes and systems such as our CRM, SIS, and other systems used by the team. Updates and maintains training for new hires coming on board. Provides continuous coaching and professional development opportunities for the recruitment team as well as participating in their own professional development growth. (10%)
• Works in collaboration with Online and Continuing Education's IT team to help improve and build out a successful technology infrastructure. (10%)
• Other duties may be assigned. (5%)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience
• Specific Experience: Sales, recruitment or higher education. Minimum of 2-3 years on a recruitment and/or retention team.
• Degree Substitute: LSU values skills, experience, and expertise. Candidates who have relevant experience in key job responsibilities are encouraged to apply— a degree is not required as long as the candidate meets the required years of experience specified in the job description.

• Operation Essential Personnel - This position may be asked to work during an official closure, but who is otherwise not required to report to the physical campus during a closure and whose absence does not present a risk to the safety, resources, and well-being of the campus per FASOP HR-01.
