Role Description

This role involves managing our global rewards (compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition programs) programs to attract, retain, engage, and motivate employees across the US, EMEA, and APAC.

  • Partner closely with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and People Business Partners to implement best practices in total rewards policies, programs, and processes.
  • Report to the Global Total Rewards Lead and collaborate to develop total rewards programs that align with our talent strategy.
  • Ensure compensation strategy and programs reflect the nuances across multiple functional areas including sales and trading compensation plans.
  • Use a proactive and data-driven approach to ensure rewards are competitive, drive results, and are aligned with company culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in compensation and benefits, specifically for highly competitive industries and preferably growth stage companies and/or in the crypto industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, trends, and regulations for IPO readiness.
  • Expertise and knowledge of key external industry frameworks and approaches, e.g., Aon/Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, World at Work models.
  • Strong Google Sheets/Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to develop a plan that fits into the overall big picture.

Requirements

  • Manage total rewards programs to ensure a frictionless employee experience and attract world-class talent.
  • Lead total rewards projects that support Anchorage’s overall talent goals and strategies globally.
  • Partner with the Global Total Rewards Lead to design, implement, communicate, and administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs and monitor market trends for recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance of total rewards programs with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Serve as an advisor to People Business Partners and other People Leaders on total rewards issues.
  • Clearly communicate complex and sensitive compensation issues across a wide range of audiences.
  • Develop and deliver communications and training on total rewards programs to employees and stakeholders.
  • Provide thoughtful leadership and foster meaningful discussions with senior team members and leaders.
