Role Description

This role involves consulting companies in the area of organizational development with a focus on compensation topics.

• Consultation of companies in the area of organizational development with a focus on compensation topics (Compensation & Benefits)
• Independent development and implementation of strategies for pay transparency and equality
• Analysis, design, and modeling of compensation and incentive systems
• Design and lead workshops as well as moderation of decision-making processes
• Creation of customized concepts and presentations for client projects
• Assume comprehensive responsibility with a high degree of creative freedom and support the professional and personal development of your team

Qualifications

• Completed degree (University/FH), ideally with a specialization in areas such as Finance or Personnel Controlling
• Several years of relevant experience, particularly in consulting or in the area of Compensation & Benefits
• Experience in designing compensation models, job architectures, or HR strategies is desirable
• Several years of experience in designing and leading workshops
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
