Learning & Development Specialist (all genders) | Level: Senior | Germany (Working from Home) | Full Time (40h/week)

Your Impact

As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist (all genders), you transform eduki into a learning factory, establishing people development as a strategic driver for business and enabling all edukians to continuously develop the necessary skills. Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal:

• Learning & Development Design: You will design, implement, and continuously improve practical learning and enablement formats (e.g. blended learning, live sessions, microlearning) across the full employee lifecycle to ensure sustainable growth in our remote-first environment.
• Leadership Development: You shape and drive leadership development initiatives, partnering with our Leads as a strategic sparring partner and supporting them in developing strong, capable teams.
• Competency & Career Design: You evolve and sharpen our competency model in close collaboration with leaders and subject experts, support its rollout and training, and translate it into clear, skill-based career paths for Individual Contributors and Leaders.
• Data-Driven Insights: You’ll plan and analyze engagement and feedback formats (e.g., pulse surveys, eNPS). By interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, you will derive and implement concrete L&D initiatives that move the needle on collaboration and performance.

Your Skills and Expertise

Skills & Competencies

• You bring technical excellence in L&D, combining a background in learning governance and standards with experience navigating the unique challenges of fast-growing start-ups and transforming organizations.
• You are an expert in applying modern instructional design approaches and leveraging digital learning formats such as cohort-based, blended and micro-learning.
• You bring a strong track record of using skill intelligence to design scalable performance and career frameworks that bridge the divide between current capabilities and organizational needs.
• You can confidently create and lead high-impact facilitated sessions with senior stakeholders, managing complex group dynamics, and building alignment without formal authority.
• You have successfully led HR projects across L&D initiatives, rollouts, and tool implementations, including clear scoping, timeline ownership, stakeholder alignment, and actively shaping and driving organizational change initiatives.
• You are confident in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., Excel, BI tools) and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• You possess excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly, structurally, and with nuance across senior audiences.

HR Tech Expertise

• You bring hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive learning content.
• You are familiar with modern engagement and development tools, preferably Culture Amp and/or Leapsome, including configuration, analysis, and communication of results.
• You are able to use AI-powered tools such as Synthesia to create digital learning and training videos (e.g.for onboarding or upskilling formats).

Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany. eduki is a German company, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to German work law.

Our Commitment to You

Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 78.400 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 54.600 EUR and 69.400 EUR.
