[Hiring] Junior Technical Recruiter @NarraSoft

Role Description

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Screen resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Provide candidate summaries to senior recruiters or hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback
• Ensure timely communication with candidates
• Support recruitment events and hiring initiatives
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring
• Collaborate with the recruitment team and other departments to meet hiring targets
• Assist in employer branding initiatives when needed
• Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hiring technical roles (preferred)
