[Hiring] Junior Recruiter @ReWorks Solutions

Role Description

• Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Review incoming applications and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach via email, messaging platforms, or phone.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, resume databases, and other recruitment tools.
• Support senior recruiters with administrative recruitment tasks.
• Track recruitment activity and help maintain organized candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR support, or talent sourcing preferred but not always required.
• Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other online job boards.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar office tools.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
