Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR department and help us cultivate a high-performance culture across our organization. As the HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, including:

• Talent acquisition
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Compliance with labor regulations

Your leadership will be critical in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering employee engagement, and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of Sizanid Staffing.
• Oversee recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and onboard top talent for our staffing agency.
• Manage employee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain proper employee documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Design and deliver training programs for staff development and organizational growth.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
• Collaborate with management to understand business needs and develop tailored HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HR management systems and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to influence HR decisions.
• A passion for cultivating a positive organizational culture and commitment to employee engagement and development.
