Tasks

• Collaborate on various sales projects aimed at expanding Crafton's market presence and driving business growth.
• Contribute to innovative business activities that explore new opportunities and strategies for Crafton's development.
• Actively participate in LinkedIn campaigns, engaging in message creation and goal achievement to enhance Crafton's online presence and reach.
• Play a role in managing and nurturing relationships with strategic partners, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Take on the responsibility of coordinating and leading a large team of interns, ensuring effective teamwork and project execution.
• Provide coaching and support to fellow team members, helping them excel in their roles and achieve individual and team goals.
• Participate in the recruitment process by identifying and approaching potential candidates, ensuring the team is equipped with talented individuals.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new interns, helping them seamlessly integrate into the Crafton team and understand their roles.

• B2 English Level (minimum).
