Role Description
This role involves various HR responsibilities aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Administering compensation and benefit plans
- Conducting employee onboarding and helping plan training & development
- Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise
- Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Managing benefits, payroll, and onboarding new employees
- Calculating employees’ compensation and updating internal payroll databases
- Undertaking tasks around performance management
- Ensuring the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, additional HR training will be a plus
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
- Fluency in English and Czech or German languages is mandatory (spoken and written)
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
