[Hiring] Human Resources Coordinator @ResProp Talent

Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting employees, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, from onboarding and offboarding to HRIS management, compliance, and employee engagement. You’ll be the go-to person for teammates across the organization, helping to deliver an exceptional employee experience every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel data management in Rippling and other HR systems.
• Manage background screenings, employment verifications, and I-9/E-Verify compliance.
• Coordinate benefits enrollments and changes while maintaining data accuracy across systems.
• Manage employee scheduling and attendance.
• Maintain HRIS integrity by auditing and updating teammate records.
• Support leave management (FMLA, ADA, disability, and workers’ comp).
• Conduct and track onboarding, stay, and exit interviews to enhance engagement insights.
• Help coordinate HR trainings, employee communications, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for audits, compliance reporting, and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1–2 years of HR experience with exposure to core HR operations, data entry, or payroll support.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Rippling experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and passion for helping others succeed.
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly valued but not required.

Requirements

• While this position is open to candidates in TX, FL, SC, NC, AZ, NE, IN, VA, GA and PA, preference will be given to applicants residing in Austin, TX.
