  • Act as a thought partner to senior HR and business leaders, using data and business context to shape recommendations and influence outcomes.
  • Own people data and materials for executive forums (Talent Reviews, People Committees, leadership reviews).
  • Design and maintain consistent reporting to enable clear, scalable people analytics across the Healthcare HRBP team.
  • Create strategies to enhance operational efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Work in close collaboration with the HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Talent, etc.), HRBP peers, and employees to manage and deliver end-to-end talent support.
  • Advise and guide leaders on employee relations matters to ensure a balance in representing all parties' interests.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the practice and segment business plans and organizational models including, but not limited to workforce planning, budget, organizational structure design, and service offerings.
  • Work in close partnership with the HR Strategy Leader to research internal and external talent trends that shape strategic talent priorities.
  • Take an active role in the execution of other cross practice HR duties such as lead on internal workstreams and implementation of HR projects.
  • Provide support in the day-to-day transactions and operations of the business.
  • Support M&A integration activities.
