[Hiring] Human Resources Business Partner @AcuityMD

Role Description

AcuityMD is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and help managers run their teams effectively as we scale. This role partners closely with leaders across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and RevOps to support day-to-day people operations including:

• Performance management
• Manager support
• Team effectiveness

You’ll work closely with managers to understand their needs, provide practical support, and ensure core people processes are executed well. You will serve as a trusted partner to leaders while building, implementing, and maintaining the tools, processes, and reporting that managers rely on day-to-day.

Our People team is small and highly collaborative, making this role ideal for someone who takes ownership and follows through. You’ll identify gaps, implement practical solutions, and adapt your approach based on what will be most effective for each team.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM managers through core people operations and handle complex team and organizational challenges.
• Own performance management operations for GTM, including performance reviews and calibration cycles.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring strong ramp experiences and smooth transitions.
• Partner on compensation planning, including promotion decisions and leveling.
• Handle employee relations and performance issues, including complex or sensitive situations.
• Support progression and internal mobility, helping managers navigate ambiguous promotion decisions.
• Work closely with managers on day-to-day team challenges, including underperformance and team dynamics.
• Maintain and share key people insights using data to highlight trends and inform decisions.
• Identify gaps in people processes and implement improvements for effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR experience, including direct support of GTM or revenue teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps).
• A practical, partnership-driven approach to finding solutions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous or complex people decisions and provide clear guidance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience running performance review and calibration processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment and experience handling employee relations and performance-related situations.
• Experience supporting compensation planning, promotions, and leveling decisions.
• Comfort working with people data and using insights to inform decisions.
• Comfort operating on a small People team with a high level of ownership and accountability.
