Role Description

This role involves serving as a Business Partner for people leaders of the Operating Company, focusing on various aspects of human resources.

  • Employee Engagement:
    • Coach/partner with people leaders to foster an inclusive culture and drive employee engagement.
    • Participate in problem-solving efforts to understand root causes and co-develop action plans.
    • Analyze engagement data and trends to suggest and implement initiatives for enhancement.
  • Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE):
    • Understand IDE principles and practices to create inclusive environments and promote diversity.
    • Partner with business leaders and COE to deploy tools for driving an inclusive growth culture.
  • Performance Management:
    • Consult with people leaders on goal setting and the full lifecycle of performance management.
    • Provide feedback and coaching as part of ongoing performance management.
  • Employee Relations and Experience:
    • Guide managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a productive work environment.
    • Coach through employee relations matters and work with ER COE on workplace investigations.
  • Workforce Planning:
    • Utilize workforce planning methodologies to anticipate future talent needs.
    • Align workforce plans with organizational objectives and coach leaders through talent assessments.
    • Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
  • Builds Manager Capability in Talent Management:
    • Equip managers with skills and tools for selecting, developing, and retaining top talent.
    • Coach leaders on development solutions and talent planning.
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance manager capability in talent management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management function.
  • Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices.
  • Experience leading others to solve complex people and organization problems.
  • Demonstrated impact across various clients and business operations.
  • Trusted resource to people leaders and HR colleagues.
  • Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with leaders.
  • Leverage data to make decisions with high attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated achievement in coaching, influencing, and problem-solving with leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Proven project management and execution skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment across multiple time zones.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20%.
  • Proficient in Oracle HCM systems.
