Role Description

As our Workday Analyst you’ll enhance Workday's efficiency and functionality across our organization. Your role will encompass a diverse array of tasks, including:

• Configuring and testing Workday.
• Tackling troubleshooting challenges.
• Gaining expertise in multiple modules support and configuration.
• Working independently on technically advanced configuration projects.
• Communicating project status and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Considering end-to-end test scripts for new configurations.
• Supporting a global ticketing system for troubleshooting and PX requests.
• Assisting with testing of new Workday functionality and regular updates.
• Replicating and verifying customer issues and escalating to People Systems SMEs.
• Serving as project owner for new Workday initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HRIS systems.
• At least 2 years of technical Workday experience.
• Experience in supporting a global ticketing system for PX systems.
• Experience in Workday reporting and integration support.
• Experience in any of the Workday modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Experience in Workday docs.
• Experience in maintaining/creating documentation.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and perform against tight deadlines.
