[Hiring] HRIS Operations Specialist @KODGAV

Role Description

This role is structured in three phases so you can build on each layer as you settle in and learn how Kodgav works.

• Phase 1: Months 1 to 3. Recruitment and HRIS Admin.
  • Writing and posting job descriptions
  • Reviewing and screening CVs
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Managing candidate pipelines in Zoho Recruit
  • Configuring and optimizing Zoho People and Zoho Recruit
  • Providing basic payroll support to ensure records are clean and processes are documented
• Phase 2: Months 3 to 6. Performance Management.
  • Setting up performance review workflows in Zoho People
  • Building out review templates
  • Documenting reviews and keeping records current
  • Advising the founder on best practices for structuring reviews and setting goals
  • Creating a culture of accountability without bureaucracy
• Phase 3: Months 6 to 12. Strategic HR.
  • Drafting and implementing policies
  • Contributing to culture building
  • Scaling HR processes to match the company's growth trajectory

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR operations experience
• Experience working at a startup or scaling SME
• Hands-on experience with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit, or similar cloud-based HRIS and ATS platforms (BambooHR, Personio, Workday, or equivalent)
• Proven experience implementing performance management systems
• Strong English fluency, both written and spoken
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Self-directed work ethic

Requirements

• Experience with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement
