• Manage recruitment pipelines across multiple open roles
• Design and deliver onboarding for international hires
• Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation
• Handle employee queries and escalations with care
• Support the development of HR policies for a remote workforce

Qualifications

• HR experience in an international or distributed setting
• Strong English written and verbal communication
• Highly organised and process-oriented
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
