[Hiring] HR Shared Services Consultant @Stitch Fix

Role Description

The HR Shared Services team is looking for a creative, resourceful, and organized HR Consultant to support a thoughtful and effective employee experience. You will provide analytical support and operational oversight within a shared services environment, handling a variety of complex functions related to HR and the full employee lifecycle.

• Analyze data, develop insights, troubleshoot issues, participate in special projects, and drive process improvement initiatives within the Shared Services function, including emerging AI technologies.
• Work independently and proactively, leveraging critical thinking, anecdotes from relevant internal stakeholders, and data to anticipate potential issues and support solutions before they arise.
• Drive work forward autonomously, demonstrating strong initiative and ownership.
• Proactively suggest improvements and drive process enhancements based on day-to-day work or identified through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in HR in a people-focused or HR operations role
• Bachelor or Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

• Use creativity and analytical skills to remove obstacles while working collaboratively with others
• Expert juggler who is able to ruthlessly prioritize tasks
• Top-notch organization skills, strong attention to detail to develop and execute plans
• Ability to adapt and adjust plans as needed, using internal and external inputs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the company
• Proficient experience with Excel, Google Suite, HRIS; ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Ability to analyze and synthesize metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity

Salary Range

$58,900 — $98,000 USD
