[Hiring] HR Information System Analyst @Newfold Digital

Role Description

As the HRIS Analyst, you are part of the overall HR team and play a key role in supporting HR systems and end users globally. You will work closely with HR business partners, senior HRIS team members, and other stakeholders to provide day-to-day system support, maintain data integrity, and assist with system enhancements and process improvements.

• Provides day-to-day support for core Workday applications, including HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Business Processes, and Reporting.
• Responds to and resolves HRIS service requests, questions, and issues from HR partners and end users.
• Assists in troubleshooting system issues, researching root causes, and escalating complex issues to senior HRIS team members as needed.
• Supports data integrity efforts by identifying, investigating, and correcting data issues related to employee records, positions, organizations, and transactions.
• Assists with system configuration changes, testing, and validation under the guidance of senior HRIS team members.
• Participates in Workday releases and updates by supporting testing activities and documenting results.
• Helps develop and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and basic calculated fields.
• Provides user support, documentation, and training materials to enhance system adoption and usability.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive employee, compensation, and personal data.
• Collaborates effectively with HR, IT, and other internal partners to support HR technology needs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of functional HRIS experience, preferably with Workday.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one additional module (Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, or Reporting).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support a diverse and global employee population.
• Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with intermediate Excel skills.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Workday reports, dashboards, and basic calculated fields.
• Exposure to Workday Business Process Framework.
• Experience assisting with Workday releases, testing, or small enhancement projects.
• Familiarity with EIBs or integrations (supporting or troubleshooting, not lead ownership).
• Prior experience supporting HR or People systems in a corporate environment.
