Role Description
The HR executive will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement in the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
- Perform a wide variety of Human Resources tasks.
- Responsible for Employee Engagement, CSR, and Event Management.
- Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across the organization by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of events.
- Overlook reviews and ratings for the organization on various sites such as Glassdoor, Ambitionbox, and others.
- Organize employee community, team building, and other recreational activities.
- Develop, implement, and manage new HR initiatives in the organization.
- Ensure compliance of company policies and maintain proper documentation of the same from time to time.
- Develop and deliver the organization’s internal communication strategy, planning, and calendar of activity.
- Organize and conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and manage office records, employee files, and general files using Google Drive.
Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related field (internships and volunteer work considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and enthusiastically.
- Proficiency in using Google Drive for document management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
