Role Description

This role involves attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles at Bitfinex.

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and non-technical roles.
Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates.
Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while enhancing Bitfinex’s reputation in the global talent market.
Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency.
Work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives.
Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, covering both technical and non-technical roles.
Global recruitment experience, with the ability to source, attract, and engage talent across multiple geographies and industries.
Strong knowledge of latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
A well-established network of industry connections, with the ability to tap into hidden talent pools.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a track record of scaling teams efficiently.
A data-driven mindset, using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies.
Based in the CET (Central European Time) region or willing to work within CET and LATAM time zones.
