Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring across multiple roles and time zones
• Manage onboarding from offer letter to first-month check-in
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and compliance documentation
• Support benefits administration and leave tracking
• Contribute to improving HR processes and policies

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or people operations
• Excellent English communication skills
• Methodical and organised with strong follow-through
• Confident handling confidential information
• Thrives in a remote-first, async environment
