Role Description
As our HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting a diverse group of technical departments, serving as a consultant to their leaders on various people-related matters, and assisting team members at all levels across the organization.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders within the business function, as well as functional experts from the Global People Team—including recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development—to ensure our people remain engaged and aligned with Namecheap’s mission: Powering internet freedom through domains, hosting, security, and more.
- Partnering with senior leaders in the technical functions to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
- Managing HR issues, including employee relations, performance and succession management, onboarding/offboarding, participating in interviews with hiring managers, and providing feedback to the candidates
- Identifying attrition risks and addressing them proactively
- Building trust and loyalty to the team/department/company through engagement and retention activities
- Providing guidance and coaching to senior leaders and employees on HR-related issues
- Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and develop talent strategies that align with the company's business objectives
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or Generalist capacity preferably in the technology industry
- HR experience working with Ukrainian and international employees
- Business fluent in both English (at least C1) and Ukrainian (nice to have but an asset)
- Experience as a 100% remote teammate
- Good understanding of the technology industry and the skills and competencies required for success in technical teams
- Analytical/systematic approach with the ability to story-tell with data
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple competing priorities
- Great communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver with a curious mindset
- Tenacious, resilient, and an assertive sparring partner for Business Leaders
