[Hiring] HR Admin Assistant @Remote Recruitment

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Admin Assistant to support the human resources function of our UK-based clients. In this fully remote role, you will assist with a wide range of HR administrative tasks:

• Managing employee records and onboarding new starters
• Coordinating recruitment processes
• Handling HR queries

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HR administration or people operations role
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) such as BambooHR, HiBob, or similar is advantageous
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace

Requirements

• A reliable laptop or desktop computer (Windows or Mac)
• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps
• Backup power solution (UPS or generator) for load shedding
• A quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote work

Benefits
