Role Description
Looking for a senior recruitment manager with experience managing a team of recruiters.
- Experience working as Physician/Doctor Recruiter.
- Act as liaison between physicians and VMS providers, Hospitals, Clinics, Healthcare Facilities.
- Filter candidates sourced by the offshore recruitment team and schedule interviews with hospitals.
- Hire, train and mentor healthcare recruiters.
- Seek, screen, and hire physicians to practice medicine for hospitals and healthcare practices as locum tenens.
- Experience includes locating and screening applicants, conducting preliminary interviews, and liaising with the physicians and the VMS portals, hospitals, clinics for locum tenens.
- Experience recruiting doctors (physicians) for positions published in various VMS portals.
- Experience working with an ATS system.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Experience working with a USA based healthcare recruitment company.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
