Role Description

This role involves shaping a people-first culture while driving business results at CDK Global.

Deliver HR support to business units, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide strategic HR advice to senior management, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to business leaders to optimize HR operations.
Participate in recruitment efforts for critical roles and ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
Manage complex employee relations issues, escalating when necessary, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Develop and implement organizational design decisions.
Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures.
Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements.
Meet or exceed all performance expectations.
Role model company values and leadership expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
7-10 years of experience in HR, including significant experience in an HRBP or HR management role
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
