As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in connecting talented candidates with exciting job opportunities across various industries. This flexible remote position offers the chance to develop valuable recruitment skills while working from anywhere.

• Conduct candidate sourcing and interviews primarily in German.
• Match suitable candidates to client job vacancies effectively.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain strong communication with both candidates and clients.
• Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your recruitment knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) is essential.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn recruitment skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
• No prior recruitment experience required.
• Availability to complete 3 month fully paid training in Greece, as required by Mercier Consultancy Group.
