The Importance of Working in Talent Acquisition:

Talent acquisition is the foundation of organizational success. The Executive Talent Acquisition Leader – Operations & Services will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives for the Operations & Services function. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and retaining top-tier talent to drive innovation and operational excellence. Your leadership and strategic vision will ensure the organization builds a high-performing workforce that meets current and future business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Executive Leadership:
    • Establish strong partnership with key business and HR Leaders across multiple business segments and P&Ls.
    • Design and implement a lean, cost-effective Talent Acquisition organizational structure that delivers strategic results.
    • Inspire, develop, and retain exceptional leaders to maintain a high-performing, world-class team.
    • Establish clear priorities, embed a global team mindset, and align efforts with strategic business goals.
  • Multi-Function Business Partnership and Global Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that supports Operations & Services functions and objectives.
    • Partner cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet business recruiting goals.
    • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, guiding them on hiring strategies, market trends, and workforce planning.
    • Drive innovative talent sourcing strategies to build a robust global talent pipeline.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Coach and support Talent Acquisition teams on lean operating principles and methodologies.
    • Facilitate Talent Acquisition operating cadence for Technology and Operations/Services functions.
    • Utilize data analytics to identify gaps, analyze trends, and implement countermeasures for hiring success.
  • Recruitment Expertise:
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across regions.
    • Leverage industry best practices and technical recruiting expertise to continually improve the global recruitment strategy.
    • Align to global recruitment standards, drive simplification, and optimize technology to enhance delivery and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated recruitment expertise and leadership experience.

Requirements

  • Extensive recruiting domain expertise and leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to build trust and drive strong relationships across diverse organizations.
  • Track record of driving results and ensuring accountability and performance across teams.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with C-Suite executives and present data clearly.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change and negotiate effectively.
  • Global project/program management experience in complex organizational structures.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
