Role Description

Sizanid Staffing, part of Sizanid HR, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Recruiters to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those new to the recruiting field who are eager to start a career in the staffing industry. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will learn to identify and attract talented candidates for a variety of positions while assisting senior recruiters in managing the recruitment process. You will gain hands-on experience using recruiting technologies and develop skills that will advance your career in recruitment. • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms including job boards and social media.
• Support in conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Maintain candidate and client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping using applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client needs and job specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices through training and self-learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• 0-3 years experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
